GreenHorizon

GreenHorizon is a Horizon Europe research project developing next-generation carbon capture materials for industrial applications. The consortium of fifteen research institutions and industrial partners combined computational materials science with experimental validation to accelerate the discovery of efficient, scalable capture technologies.

The project's public website serves as both a dissemination platform and a data access portal for the open research datasets generated by the consortium. Golden Blue built the site with a custom data visualisation module for the real-time emissions tracking dashboard, ensuring compliance with Horizon Europe's open science and data management plan requirements.

Delivered in three weeks, the website supports the project's ambitious outreach targets: over 2,000 unique visitors per month in the first year, with datasets downloaded by research groups in 22 countries. The project's visual identity and data presentation approach were commended by the Programme Committee as exemplary for Horizon Europe dissemination standards.
